requires-python >= 3.10but only ran 3.12.lint-testnow matrices 3.10–3.13 on Ubuntu withfail-fast, plus a gate job still namedlint-testfor branch protection. Publish stays on 3.12 as a release gate. Classifier and docs follow.Fixes #10
